On March 27, 1999 at our Board of Directors meeting held in Washington DC, the Board of Directors of the Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America unanimously endorsed The Vietnam War In Memory Memorial, Inc. We applaud the hard task of placing a legacy at the Vietnam Memorial in Washington.

I do believe we can be of vital importance to your cause. It is through dedicated people like yourself that our nation will realize finally that the Vietnam War just did not stop on a date, but was the cause of too many premature deaths.
