Please be advised, the above State/Federal organization endorses your organization's efforts to secure a commemorative plaque to honor those service men and women who gave so much and receied so little. Those same men and women have passed on with what the Federal Law now calls "service connection". 

 

We also intend to notify our Congressional Delegations we support H.R. 3293 and 
S. 1921.
